📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage a team of bakers and baristas, providing training and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance food and beverage offerings, aligning with guest preferences and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of inventory and production.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management to integrate bakery services with the overall guest experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize menu offerings and pricing strategies.
• Participate in regular meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Represent the bakery at industry events and conferences to network and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a strong background in bakery operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Clover, or Square is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
