📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software.
• Handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash drawer.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including compliance with local regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
