Tanggung Jawab:
Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities.Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Mentor and guide junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the firm.Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and expertise.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance.Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTAP, is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax risks and opportunities.Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.🛠️ Keahlian
