📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Administer and maintain the LMS platforms, including Moodle and Blackboard.
• Provide technical support to faculty and students, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the use of digital learning tools.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing updates and patches as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT department to resolve complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes and user guides.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of digital learning solutions.
• Assist in the development of innovative educational technologies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning technology administration and support.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in ITIL or a related technical support framework is a plus.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle and Blackboard.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
