📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new hires with paperwork and administrative tasks
- Set up workstations and provide necessary equipment
- Introduce new employees to the team and company culture
- Facilitate orientation sessions and provide onboarding materials
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Assist with training and development programs for new hires
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all new hires
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- 1-2 years of experience in onboarding or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR or Workday
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive and inclusive work environment
