📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize airfreight logistics for import and export operations.
• Coordinate with airlines, shippers, and clients to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Monitor and track shipments using advanced logistics software like SAP or Oracle.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations and standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in airfreight logistics, with a focus on import and export operations.
• Proven expertise in using logistics software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of international air cargo regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid IATA (International Air Transport Association) certification is a plus.
