📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and mission.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Create and maintain strategic documentation, including business plans, SWOT analyses, and strategic roadmaps.
• Participate in strategic decision-making processes, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and corporate development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, such as IBM Cognos Analytics, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategic insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Indonesian business environment and regulatory requirements.
• Certification in strategic planning or corporate development is a plus.
