📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the sales team in the field, including visiting customers, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer base is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel and work in the field.
