Max Link Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Affairs department in managing various administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of office operations, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.,Support the General Affairs department in maintaining office supplies and equipment.,Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences.,Provide administrative support to the General Affairs department, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.,Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.,Support the General Affairs department in managing office security and safety.,Assist in the management of office budgets and expenses.,Provide general administrative support to the General Affairs department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or administrative setting.,Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
