📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
