📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory levels and stock movements.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular audits to monitor inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Collaborate with the warehouse manager to develop and implement warehouse strategies and improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Monitor warehouse metrics and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with warehouse equipment and technology.
