📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support the HR team.
• Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of HR databases and systems.
• Support the HR team in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
