📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to determine the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
