📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on internal controls and compliance matters.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
