📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage accounting processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.,Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial transactions and records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the financial performance of the organization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
