📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
