Rejeki Yoga Dental Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Tanjung Balai. As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all daily financial transactions and cash handling,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff,Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting,Train and supervise junior cashiers,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals,Monitor and control cash flow to prevent shortages or excess,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a financial or healthcare environment,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions,Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Certification in cash handling and financial management is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
