📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily driver operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and analyze driver performance metrics using tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
Develop and implement strategies to improve driver efficiency and reduce delivery times.
Conduct regular driver training sessions to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Manage and resolve driver-related issues, such as vehicle maintenance and scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.
Utilize GPS tracking systems and delivery management software to optimize routes and monitor deliveries.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in the logistics industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in driver coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing driver performance.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of drivers.
