📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and overall fleet performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.,Provide training and guidance to new fleet coordinators and support staff as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
