📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the cement production process.,Monitor and adjust production parameters to ensure optimal performance.,Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.,Ensure safety protocols are followed in the workplace.,Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and quality standards.,Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.,Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the cement industry.,Familiarity with cement production processes and machinery.,Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.,Willingness to work shifts and overtime when necessary.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience with PLC programming is a plus.
