📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including medical assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assisting in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.,Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.,Providing emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
