📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and maintain a clean and organized patient environment.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges.,Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification (e.g., SIP, STR).,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
