📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Prepare and submit job postings to ensure they are attractive to potential candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment standards.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process and candidate feedback.,Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates for the role, considering both technical skills and cultural fit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
