PRISM Berjaya is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's financial success.

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of vendor relationships.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
