Sehati Gilang Auto Service is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive activities.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and empower employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Track and report on the progress and outcomes of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
