Zone Direct Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Track and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide operational support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
