Hokian Hendra Auto Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, meets customer expectations, and contributes to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time position located in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and service are provided to customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the auto service team to ensure seamless integration between the restaurant and service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
