📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the accounting functions of the property management operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and property management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Experience in property management or real estate accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
