📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.,Ensure the efficient and safe operation of bakery equipment.,Monitor equipment performance and address any issues promptly.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the training and development of junior operators.,Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.,Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.,Participate in regular equipment maintenance and calibration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the bakery industry.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and processes.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience with oven maintenance and calibration is a plus.
