📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect customers' data,Monitor and enforce data governance policies and procedures,Provide guidance and support to other teams on data governance and compliance matters,Stay up-to-date with developments in data governance and compliance, and ensure that our practices are in line with industry best practices,Work with legal and other teams to ensure that our data practices are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Provide training and awareness programs to employees on data governance and compliance matters,Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of our data governance and compliance framework

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, information technology, or a related discipline,10+ years of experience in data governance, compliance, or a related field,Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA,Experience leading a team in a data governance or compliance role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Experience with data governance tools and technologies
