📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and overseeing the quantity surveying and cost control aspects of construction projects.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate cost plans, schedules, and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with budgetary and financial constraints.
• Conducting cost analyses and providing recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Overseeing the procurement and tendering processes.
• Providing technical advice and support to project managers and other team members.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of project documentation.
• Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project progress and cost status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and office engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and practices.
