📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and retail industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
