📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies,Support team members in their respective tasks and projects,Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Provide administrative support to the team and management,Assist in the organization and execution of team meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
