📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices, working closely with clients to resolve any payment issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero to manage financial records and generate reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new financial processes and systems.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and collections.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
