📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to logistics and manufacturing processes
• Create and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of key business processes and metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and manufacturing
• Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing sector
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python
• Experience with business intelligence software such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
