📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the commercial objectives of the healthcare division.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize pricing, cost structures, and revenue streams.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in commercial finance to continuously improve processes and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
