📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
Provide financial support to the management team by analyzing financial data and offering insights.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines.
