• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of freelance professionals, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira to track and manage projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in freelance operations and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freelance operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing freelance professionals and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus.
