📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all accommodations meet luxury standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Implement and monitor housekeeping schedules using advanced software like CleanXpert.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including pest control and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure adequate stock for housekeeping needs.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management in luxury or high-end hotels.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring housekeeping teams.
• Certification in Housekeeping Management (CHM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping software and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
