📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of premium logistics infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with UPS's global standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, utilizing tools like Microsoft Project and QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new facilities with existing logistics operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics infrastructure and construction management.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management and construction project oversight, with a proven track record in logistics infrastructure projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and standards for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
