PT. Pakar Jamur Bali is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Staff to join our team. As a Lion's Mane Mushroom Cultivation Specialist, you will be responsible for the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of Lion's Mane mushrooms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our mushroom farming business and to work in a sustainable and eco-friendly environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the cultivation of Lion's Mane mushrooms from substrate preparation to harvest.,Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions for the mushrooms, including temperature, humidity, and oxygen levels.,Harvest the mushrooms at the right time to ensure maximum yield and quality.,Process the harvested mushrooms, including cleaning, grading, and packaging.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the consistency and safety of the products.,Maintain records of cultivation activities, including substrate usage, harvest yields, and quality control results.,Assist in the development and implementation of new cultivation techniques and technologies.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mushroom cultivation, preferably with Lion's Mane mushrooms.,Knowledge of mushroom cultivation techniques, including substrate preparation, spawning, and harvesting.,Understanding of quality control and food safety standards.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for food production.,Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and principles.
