📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute trades on behalf of clients using Bloomberg Terminal and Tradeweb
• Monitor and manage the execution platform to ensure high-quality service
• Collaborate with the research team to gain insights into market trends and client needs
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions and order fulfillment
• Analyze and report on trade execution performance and client satisfaction
• Stay updated with market news and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal trading strategies
• Provide training and support to junior team members
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of trading processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equity trading, preferably in the US market
• Strong knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal and Tradeweb
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the US equity markets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
