Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and breads.
- Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and presentation of pastries.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Stock and organize ingredients and supplies.
- Assist in menu development and taste testing.
- Learn and apply food safety and sanitation practices.
- Support the team during peak hours and special events.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
