📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of social statistics programs.
• Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis using tools such as SPSS, R, and SAS.
• Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
• Develop and maintain data dissemination strategies to ensure the data is accessible and useful to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in social data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on data collection and analysis techniques.
• Ensure compliance with BPS and government regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social statistics, with a proven track record in data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
• Strong knowledge of statistical software and tools, including SPSS, R, and SAS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with BPS and government regulations and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
