📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
- Perform cycle counts and conduct physical inventory audits.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with retail operations and supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
